Aquant (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates  (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Aquant is committed to protecting your Personal Data and your privacy.  We endeavor to ensure that any Personal Data we collect about you will be held and processed strictly in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Information Collection And Use:

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).

Like many websites and mobile application operators, we (directly and through our third party service providers) collect certain information through the use of “cookies,” which are small text files that are saved by your browser when you access our Site. We only share Your Data with our carefully selected vendors, third party service providers and agents where it is necessary for the purposes described in this Notice.

These parties include:

  • Marketing partners– in relation to our marketing activities, we use the following service providers:
    • a CRM software solution provider to store some of our Personal Data;
    • a sales automation platform to send marketing communications; and
    • an online advertising service provider to provide targeted advertising.
  • Web Analytics service providers – we share Your Data with service providers such as Google Analytics for web analysis purposes.

We will only provide these companies with the information they need to deliver the service we have requested, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

We may also share Personal Data when we believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including from law enforcement or other government agencies
  • Protect us, our business or our users, for example to enforce our terms of service, prevent spam or other unwanted communications and investigate or protect against fraud

Scrut Automation complies with CCPA by giving you the five privacy rights for California consumers:

  3. The right to delete personal information collected from them.
  4. Scrut Automation gives you the right to request us to delete your personal data.
  5. The right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information.
  6. The right to non-discrimination for exercising their CCPA rights.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 4/1/2019 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
