How it started

In 2016, Shahar Chen and Assaf Melochna saw a major challenge in the industry: a growing skills gap was making it harder for teams to deliver fast, effective service. At the same time, companies were sitting on huge amounts of valuable data, but had no easy way to use it to make service more efficient.

So they built Aquant
